Trip Organizer is operated as a private side project, free of charge, and not as a commercial activity. No VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.) is therefore listed.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a private, non-commercial operator we are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration body.
